It has been six years since these three associations gathered for a summer convention and the 2010 gathering of Arkansas Press Association, Mississippi Press Association and Tennessee Press Association promises to be like none other. This event will be held June 23-26 at Harrah’s Mid-South Convention Center in Tunica, Miss. This is a wonderful opportunity to reach 400+ newspaper decision-makers in the Mid-South. Information for trade show vendors:
The Trade Show will open at 8 am on Friday, June 25. Eight-foot tables will be assigned on a fi rst-come basis. Vendors are urged to contribute door prizes as well as have giveaways (we should have around 400 people) in their booths to help build traffic.
• All refreshment breaks will be in the trade show area.
• Door prizes given away throughout the day (from both hosts and vendors)
• The Trade Show will be publicized in all publications of the three states.
Other Promotion Opportunities:
In addition to the above, if you are a sponsor or vendor, you are invited to contribute branded items to put in the convention registration packets (400) and/or the golf goodie
bag (50). Also, we ask you to consider giving one or more items for our Silent Auction to benefit newspaper Foundations. Let us know on the registration form.
